What I Ate Today: 4/6/2016


It's time for another 'What I Eat In A Day' Post!

Breakfast
I always start my day with apple cider vinegar water and twenty minutes or so later I have my frothy latte while I'm doing my makeup. I'm not really a breakfast person, but for some energy I like to have a banana in the morning and that keeps me going until lunch.

Lunch
I did a little grocery shopping in the morning and I got this fresh bread, which is one of my weaknesses. I love to make a tuna sandwich when I have fresh crunchy bread. I just put mayo, tuna and the juice of half a lemon over the bread and it is simply delicious. I'm not a big salad fan, but I love to pair fruits with my savoury meals. This time I had a Granny Smith apple and a big cup of green tea.

 Afternoon Snack
For snack I had two handfuls of blueberries with plain greek yoghurt, a Hanuta just to satisfy my sweet cravings and a latte. Nowadays in the afternoon I don't froth milk for my coffee, just pour the cold milk over the double espresso because it feels less heavy that way.

Dinner
When we get the chance to have dinner together, my boyfriend and I are usually not the best influence on each other. We love steaks, pastas, traditional hearty Hungarian dishes and of course burgers. Not what you'd call a healthy diet, right? Well, this is all about to change from next week when I go back to work finally, but until then, I enjoyed this burger dinner. We made skinny fries and onion rings, and I had a little side salad and cornichons which I seem to have with everything these days! 
And watched Netflix... For me this is a perfect night in!
