What I Ate Today (09/03)



Breakfast 9am
Before I did anything in the morning I had my apple cider vinegar water as usual. While getting ready for the day I had a latte, and a banana.
Snack 11:30am
As a quick snack before I left the house I had a pear, some cottage cheese and a green tea.
Lunch 4pm
By the time I got home at 3:30pm I was already starving. I had lunch, or more like an early dinner around 4pm. The past week I tried to have a bigger lunch and not really eat anything in the evening, this way I sleep better and hopefully in the long run even will lose some weight. 
Today I had two small chicken thighs, mixed salad with some parmesan grated over them, some cherry tomatoes, one boiled egg, mushrooms cooked with bacon, and half sweet potato prepared in the oven. It was delicious but again my eyes were bigger than my belly, 1 chicken thigh would have been more than enough.
To drink I had a large glass of orange juice, a decaf latte and water. 

Snack 6:30pm
Even though I was still full with my lunch, I was craving something sweet, and I had some Oreos and one more cup of green tea.
