Recipe Wednesday: Ham&Cheese Rolls

These delicious ham and cheese rolls are perfect as a snack with a glass of wine in the evening or if you expect guests and want to make something quick and easy...

Ingredients you'll need: 
Puff Pastry
Tomato Puree
Cheese (grated, sliced or both) 
Salt and pepper
1 Egg
First of all, preheat the oven to 200 Celsius.
Simply layer the tomato puree, ham and cheese on the puff sheet and then roll it up. I like to put all the seasoning on the tomato puree and use different cheeses to give more flavour. After you rolled it up, lightly beat up the egg and brush it on the pastry. 
 Cut it into equal slices and place them on an oven tray.
I use a non-stick cooking liner and I recommend everyone to use one instead of oil or butter, because with those they will still stick and be a pain to get out of the pan.
Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they become beautiful golden brown. Let them cool before serving.
Trust me, these are worth a try! Pure yumminess!
