What I Ate Today (23/02)

Breakfast
As always I started the day with my apple cider vinegar water and a morning latte. I had my driving lesson at 8am, which meant a 6am start today which is just too early for me. I really don't feel like eating that early in the morning but I knew I won't have a chance until lunchtime, so I had a banana.

Lunch
When I finished my lesson I got a latte in Starbucks to take away and had a quick lunch as soon as I got back home at noon. I had some salami, ham and cheese with fresh bread and an apple. Most people find it strange that I eat fruits with my meals, but I love the combination, so don't judge me please...:D
Afternoon Snack
For a snack around 3pm I cut up a pear, and had a chocolate-cherry muffin that I baked yesterday. Also made a cup of green tea.
 Dinner

For dinner we prepared an easy oven meal. Marinated the boned chicken thighs in a medium spicy Nando's Piri Piri spice mix, cut the potatoes and onion and put everything on a large oven tray and put in the oven for 40 minutes. I had some pickled cucumbers for some sourness and an other cup of green tea...
