What I Ate Today (11/02)

I love to read blogposts and watch videos of what other people eat, so I thought I show what I had eaten throughout a day.  

I get out of bed around 9am and always start the day with my apple cider vinegar water. It tastes horrible if you try for the first time but I got used to it since drinking it for 2 months. There are numerous positive effects of drinking apple cider vinegar but I mainly drink it to boost my immune system. I use the one from Raw Health and put 2 tablespoons in my water and drink it as fast as I can not to feel the taste...:D
I always have a latte afterwards, usually while getting ready and putting my makeup on. I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I usually go for some kind of fruit just to get something solid in, today I had a banana.
Lunch
I usually have lunch around 2pm. I had tuna on a fresh whole seed baton with mayo and lemon juiced over and rocket on the side. I also had an other latte. 
Snack
I have a sweet-tooth that I'm trying to combat, but I still need a little chocolate in my life. I like the size (and taste obviously :D) of the Merci Chocolates, they just satisfy my sweet cravings. I had two and a cup of green tea.
Dinner
Dinner is my favourite time of the day. My boyfriend comes home around 8-9pm from work and we either cook together or I prepare something by the time he arrives and we eat together and tell each other about our days, and then watch TV or read. 
Today I made a very easy pasta bake with chicken, bacon and mushrooms. I marinated the chicken breasts in a chicken spice overnight, then cut them into small cubes and fried them in a pan. I also sliced up the mushrooms and fried them together with the bacon. In a saucepan I heated the milk with the Maggi mix and then put everything with the dry pasta in an ovenproof dish. Bacon and cheese make everything better, so I put lots of grated cheddar and 3 rashes of bacon on top. I put it in the oven for 40 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius until the pasta cooked and the cheese became golden brown. It was a really tasty and filling dinner that I had with an other cup of green tea.
