Boots Haul

I went to Boots this morning to look around a little bit and wanted to show you what I got!:)

Lee Stafford Treatment
(for hair that never grows past a certain length)
I've been contemplating on buying this product since I had an impromptu haircut end of last year which resulted in a much shorter hair than I wanted. My hair grows pretty fast, I try not to use heat on it whenever possible, but a little extra help is always good.  I have seen great reviews on this mask, but didn't want to spend £8,49 on it. It was on 2 for £10 offer today, and I didn't hesitate to jump on the remaining two tubs. It smells amazing, soon we'll find out if it really helps with hair growth.

Yes To Grapefruit Daily Scrub
There are 3 products in my life that I always repurchase and just need to have in my stash. The La Roche Posay Serozinc is the first, Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish is the second, and this scrub is the third. Even though I banned myself from buying skincare for a while, I have to have these three in my routine.
This is a grapefruit-scented daily facial scrub, that I use after taking my makeup off.

Maybelline Dream Velvet
10 Ivory
If you are around my age, you have definitely came across the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in your teenage years. I have reached for that little glass jar with the strange consistency foundation in it for years. I loved that stuff!
So this is the newest member in that line. It is a soft-matte gel-whipped hydrating foundation. I got it in the second lightest shade, Ivory, which looked a bit too dark first, but after blending it in it is the prefect colour for my skin. It dries to a velvety, not too matt finish, but it doesn't require powder. It's not too visible on the skin, looks natural and gives a healthy looking complexion. Had in on only for a couple hours but I really like it so far. It was £6,99.

Miss Sporty Studio Colour Mono Eye Shadow
113 Classy
Somehow I never stop by the Miss Sporty shelf, but today I wanted to take a look, and I found this little gem for £1,99.  I am always drawn to these shimmery golden bronze shades with a bit of reddish undertone, they look great with my light eyes. It reminds me of the Maybelline 24hr Tattoo in On and On Bronze just in powder shadow form. I can't wait to experiment with this tomorrow.

L'Oréal Infallible Sculpt  Contouring Palette
Light/Medium
This was a new item on the L'Oréal shelf for a £6,99  introductionary price. It is a matt, cream to powder finish highlight-contour palette. The highlight shade doesn't do much for me, in fact it just makes the little hairs on top of my cheekbones more visible, but I do like the contour part of this set. I never had cream contour before, I'm curious how it compares to a powder contour, and how they gonna look layered on top of each other.

I love trying out new products. I'm especially excited about the foundation and the hair mask!
Have you tried any of these products? How did they work out for you?
